Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Smitha Narayan has been promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at Epsilon, where she will be responsible for overseeing HR operations in India, with a focus on the tech delivery and analytics teams. Smitha will lead HR programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing employee engagement and capability building.
Smitha has been with Epsilon for over two years, previously serving as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she was the HR leader for the technology practice, partnering with senior executives to drive business transformation, focusing on talent management, leadership capability, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Prior to Epsilon, Smitha held leadership roles at Schneider Electric, where she was General Manager – Human Resources, overseeing HR for multiple lines of business, and led organizational development and workforce planning for the R&D and technology platform. She has also had an extensive tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she provided HR leadership for over 2,200 employees across various business units.
Smitha’s earlier experience includes HR roles at Siemens and JK Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, where she handled staffing and recruitment processes.
