Delhi, India, September 2024 – Ashvani Singh has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Vice President – HR & Admin at OASIS Group, a leading player in the Indian liquor industry. In this role, Ashvani will oversee the company’s HR strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance, aligning with the group’s vision of operational excellence and growth.
Before joining OASIS Group, Ashvani served as Corporate Head of HR at NV Group for 5 months, where he was responsible for implementing strategic HR policies and overseeing the company’s human resources operations. His leadership and contribution were instrumental in driving organizational efficiency across key departments in the company.
Previously, Ashvani worked at Radico Khaitan Limited, where he served as Jt. General Manager – HR & Admin for over 2 years. During his tenure, he led HR functions at a high level, focusing on managing the entire HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition to industrial relations. He played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Ashvani also held several leadership roles at India Glycols Limited for over 4 years, including Assistant General Manager HR, where he managed corporate HR strategies and implemented employee-centric programs. His contributions included streamlining HR operations and promoting a culture of continuous development.
In his earlier roles, Ashvani gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Cooper Standard and held HR managerial positions at Radico Khaitan and other companies. His deep understanding of HR strategies, industrial relations, and administrative functions has shaped his approach to aligning HR operations with organizational growth.
