Marc Rohde Starting a New Position as Chief Business Integration Officer at Andis Company

Sturtevant, Wisconsin, United States, September 2025 – Marc Rohde has taken on a new role as Chief Business Integration Officer at Andis Company. In his new position, he will be responsible for driving business integration, aligning technology with operations, and supporting the company’s growth strategy through innovation and cross-functional leadership.

Marc has been with Andis Company for more than twelve years, contributing across multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Business Enablement, Data & Technology, where he led customer service, account support, and inside sales in addition to data and technology initiatives. Before that, he was Vice President of Data & Technology, where he focused on change management, advanced data strategies, AI integration, and system modernization.

Prior to these roles, Marc was Information Technology Director at Andis Company for nearly a decade, where he built strong IT infrastructure, oversaw enterprise-wide system integration, and strengthened the company’s digital capabilities. During this time, he also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty at Colorado Technical University, instructing students in online courses related to change management and technology leadership.

Earlier in his career, Marc served as Director of Information Technology at Contec, LLC, where he led global teams across the United States and Mexico, deploying large-scale ERP consolidations, disaster recovery plans, and custom software development. He also worked with Everpure and Pentair Filtration as IT Manager, managing multi-site technology operations and large ERP conversion projects.

Marc began his professional journey in consulting and IT management with Culligan International/Plymouth Products, and as President and Managing Partner at Aditus Business Solutions, LLC, where he delivered technology, service sales, and project management solutions. His diverse background has consistently demonstrated expertise in change management, data strategies, and enterprise technology leadership. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Lakeland University.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
