Nishi Srivastava Appointed as Associate Vice President – Corporate HR at SKH Group

Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – SKH Group has appointed Nishi Srivastava as Associate Vice President – Corporate HR, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s journey to scale its people agenda across its growing operations and international partnerships. In her new role, Nishi will spearhead enterprise-wide leadership development, culture transformation, and people strategy integration aligned to SKH’s strategic growth objectives.

Prior to joining SKH Group, Nishi Srivastava served as Senior General Manager – People Development COE at Reliance Industries Limited, where she led inclusive talent development initiatives for a workforce of over 30,000 employees across 12 sites. Her work focused on embedding DEI frameworks into talent acquisition, learning, and engagement strategies while advancing equity in access to career opportunities.

She brings with her nearly 17 years of leadership experience at Tata Motors, where she held multiple progressive roles including Head HR – CV Commercial East & DEI Lead CVBU (Pan India). At Tata Motors, Nishi was instrumental in crafting business-aligned HR strategies, driving leadership development, institutionalizing succession planning, and building a DEI roadmap that expanded beyond gender to include Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and LGBTQ++ inclusion.

Earlier roles at Tata Motors saw her leading HR for both Commercial and Passenger Vehicles in the East Zone, implementing capability-building programs such as “License to Sell” for sales teams, and pioneering integrated talent management frameworks. As Senior Manager-HR for TML Jamshedpur Plant, she also managed critical industrial relations, HR operations, and CSR-linked education initiatives across 22 schools.

Nishi began her career with Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business where she handled community engagement and grievance redressal linked to land acquisition and displacement, laying the foundation for her people-centric leadership approach.
