Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 – Ghanshyam Singh has taken on a new role as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Seedworks International Ltd., marking a significant progression in his career with the organization. In his new role, Singh will be responsible for leading and executing sustainabilityinitiatives to propel the company’s growth trajectory across India and international markets.
Prior to this appointment, Ghanshyam Singh served for over seven years at Seedworks International Pvt. Ltd. as President HR & ESG, where he played a pivotal role in driving the human resources and environmental, social, and governance agenda. His leadership was instrumental in shaping a values-driven culture and advancing sustainability practices aligned with global benchmarks.
Before joining Seedworks, he spent around three years at Bioseed (DCM Shriram Group) as Head HR, where he oversaw key HR initiatives in the agribusiness domain. His strategic approach contributed to talent optimization and operational excellence during his tenure.
Earlier, he worked for over three years with JSW Group as Head – HR (Cement Business), where he managed the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across strategic HR, performance management, employee engagement, and capability development in a high-growth manufacturing setup.
Prior to that, Singh accumulated nearly 12 years of diverse HR leadership experience across ASTA India (METROD GROUP), Crompton Greaves, Hindalco Industries, and Electrosteel Castings Ltd, where he progressively advanced in roles ranging from Sr. Executive to Head – HR, developing robust industrial relations strategies and driving performance-led cultures in complex industrial environments.
Ghanshyam Singh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from Xavier Institute of Social Service, with a specialization in PM, HRM, and Industrial Relations, equipping him with a solid academic foundation for his extensive HR leadership journey.
