Amman, Jordan, September 2025 – Mahmoud Khaleel has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Genome Seeds, a global leader in vegetable seed breeding and production. In his new role, Mahmoud will spearhead the company’s HR strategy across its international operations, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and sustainable HR practices aligned with Genome Seeds’ mission of agricultural innovation.
Before joining Genome Seeds, Mahmoud Khaleel served as Human Resources Manager at AlBandar Group for approximately one year, where he was instrumental in leading core HR operations across business verticals. His leadership focused on workforce planning, employee development, and aligning HR practices with business performance goals.
Previously, he held the position of Jordan HR Manager at Miqdadi Group for nearly three years. There, he contributed to HR modernization efforts by streamlining employee engagement processes, strengthening local compliance frameworks, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across teams in Jordan.
Prior to that, Mahmoud served as Group HR Manager at Alyoum Food Co. for about four years, where he led group-wide HR functions, including policy design, talent acquisition, and organizational restructuring. His tenure helped the company enhance its employer brand and build a future-ready workforce.
Mahmoud’s foundational HR experience was built during his over eight-year tenure at Teeba Investment Co., where he rose to the role of Human Resources Manager. In this role, he led various HR transformation initiatives focused on talent lifecycle management and employee relations. He also spent over five years at JGC Corporation as a Human Resources Officer, where he gained his initial exposure to large-scale HR systems and cross-border project operations.
