Perth, Western Australia, September 2025 – Dirk Tulp has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at St Jude’s Health Care Services, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization’s people strategy. In this new role, Dirk will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, advancing people practices, and leading cultural transformation across St Jude’s aged care, disability, and allied health service lines in Western Australia and Queensland.
Dirk joins St Jude’s after more than seven years at CraigCare, where he served as Head of People & Culture, leading strategic HR initiatives in the aged care sector. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, safety and wellbeing, and HR technology deployment, contributing to operational efficiency and cultural cohesion.
Prior to that, Dirk worked as Senior HR Business Partner at Southern Cross Care (WA), where he supported business transformation and strengthened leadership capability across the organization. His earlier roles include People & Culture Manager at Metcash, and Senior HR Business Partner at Greyhound Australia, where he led people strategies across geographically distributed workforces.
He also held a leadership position at Inland Revenue New Zealand, where he worked for five years as Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR partnership and contributing to large-scale organizational change. Across all roles, Dirk has consistently demonstrated expertise in change management, workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational leadership.
