Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2025 – ITOCHU Building Products Holdings, Inc. (IBP) has appointed Sandi Lemons as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Sandi will lead HR strategy and transformation across IBP and its subsidiaries, including Master-Halco, ALTA Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership growth.
Sandi joins IBP after serving as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Ecobat, a world leader in lead production and battery recycling. Over three years, she advanced global HR operations, employee engagement, and leadership alignment, supporting sustainability and industry innovation.
Prior to Ecobat, she was Chief Operations Officer at Southwest Transplant Alliance, where she oversaw operations in a critical healthcare and organ procurement environment, ensuring efficiency and compliance while driving organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Sandi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Versiti Inc., a complex transfusion medicine and organ procurement organization. As part of the senior executive team, she also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer for Heartland Blood Centers, providing leadership for corporate services, HR, facilities, and communications.
She has also held senior HR leadership roles in the financial and consumer sectors, including First Vice President – Human Resources at Baird, Strategic Business Partner at MillerCoors, Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Protective Life, and Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels. With over two decades of HR leadership across industries, Sandi brings expertise in executive coaching, organizational design, M&A, and human capital strategy.
