Raghavendra Mesta joins NexEra People as Chief Executive Officer

Bangalore, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Raghavendra Mesta has taken charge as the new Chief Executive Officer at NexEra People, a people-focused HR solutions firm that enables startups and enterprises through HR outsourcing, payroll & compliance, permanent recruitment, and staffing across both IT and non-IT domains.

In his journey with NexEra People, he will focus on driving innovation, operational excellence, and client-centric solutions, while steering the company’s vision of “Together Towards Tomorrow.” His leadership is centered on building a people-first culture, enabling future-ready HR practices, ensuring strong governance and compliance, and creating sustainable growth for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Prior to this, he spent over a decade at Fidelis Technology Services, where he contributed across multiple functional areas, including HR, operations, compliance, and strategy. His efforts supported the company’s long-term business growth, talent development, and organizational transformation.

He also worked with Paylink Financial Services, where he engaged in key aspects of payroll and administrative operations that strengthened his understanding of core HR functions in a financial services environment. Earlier in his career, he began his professional journey at NetConnect, gaining exposure to foundational areas in people management and business operations.

Beyond these roles, his overall professional experience spans more than 20 years, during which he has built a reputation for execution excellence, people leadership, and compliance-driven systems thinking.
