Louisville, Kentucky, United States, September 2025 – Lucky Energy has announced the appointment of Allie Weber as its new Chief People Officer. In her role, she will spearhead people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives as the company scales its presence in the competitive energy drink market.
Allie most recently served as Human Resources Director at Congo Brands, where for three years she was responsible for leading HR operations and implementing people-first policies that supported rapid business growth.
Prior to that, she spent over five years with GE Appliances, a Haier company, where she advanced to the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. Based in Louisville, she provided strategic HR leadership across multiple business units, ensuring workforce readiness and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, she gained significant experience at Kentucky Association of Electric Cooperatives (KAEC), where she served as HR Generalist and HR/Benefits Coordinator. In these roles, she managed compliance, benefits administration, recruitment strategies, onboarding, employee engagement, and training programs.
Allie began her HR career at Norton Healthcare as a Human Resources Representative, where she supported HR operations for Norton Medical Group, handled employee relations, benefits transitions, and compliance processes while mentoring new HR representatives.
Allie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organization Development from the University of Louisville, equipping her with strong academic and professional foundations to drive organizational success.
