Manab Mallick Promoted to Director – Systems Engineering, APAC & MEA at NETGEAR

New Delhi, India, September, 2025 – NETGEAR, a leading global provider of networking products and solutions, is proud to announce the elevation of Manab Mallick to the position of Director – Systems Engineering, APAC & MEA. This recognition reflects his exceptional technical expertise, visionary leadership, and consistent contributions in strengthening NETGEAR’s business across diverse and dynamic markets.

Manab has been an integral part of NETGEAR’s growth journey, combining deep technical expertise with a strong strategic outlook. He began his journey with NETGEAR in a senior technical role, where he drove presales across India and MEA, collaborating with partners, system integrators, and enterprises to deliver advanced networking solutions. His contributions accelerated the adoption of NETGEAR’s enterprise switches, wireless access points, and PoE technologies.

In his new role as Director – Systems Engineering, APAC & MEA, Manab will spearhead NETGEAR’s technical strategy across a much larger geography, leading initiatives that ensure innovation-led deployments, robust partner enablement, and superior customer experiences. His leadership has been central to establishing NETGEAR’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and customer-centricity in enterprise networking.

Speaking on his elevation, Manab Mallick, Director – Systems Engineering, APAC & MEA, NETGEAR, said: “I’m truly grateful for this opportunity to take on a larger role at NETGEAR. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with our partners and customers, and their trust has been a big part of our growth story. This new role gives me a chance to further strengthen those relationships while driving innovation across APAC and MEA. My focus will be on making enterprise networking simpler, more reliable, and scalable—so that businesses can stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.”

Over the years, Manab has expanded his role beyond presales, becoming a trusted leader in shaping regional strategies and partner enablement. Earlier as Senior Manager, he represented NETGEAR at global platforms such as GITEX Dubai and Infocomm Asia & India, where he showcased the company’s next-generation ProAV solutions. He also pioneered large-scale technical training initiatives, equipping hundreds of certified integrators with expertise in 10G networking, PoE+, and cloud-based deployments—strengthening the region’s technology ecosystem.

On behalf of senior management, Marthesh Nagendra, Senior Director Netgear Enterprise Sales for APAC & MEA, added: “Manab has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and strategic vision, making him an invaluable asset to NETGEAR. His ability to empower partners, simplify complex deployments, and deliver meaningful customer outcomes has played a critical role in our success in India and MEA. With this promotion, we are confident that Manab will drive even greater impact across these key markets.”

With his unique blend of technical mastery and strategic vision, Manab exemplifies the leadership needed to drive organizational growth and customer success in today’s fast-evolving enterprise networking landscape.
