Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Varun Kumar has joined NAB as Vice President – People & Culture. In this role, he will be responsible for driving HR strategies, fostering a people-first culture, and aligning talent management with the bank’s customer-centric mission.
Varun joins NAB after a successful nine-year tenure with Edelman, where he held multiple leadership responsibilities in HR, including HR Shared Services and human resources management.
Earlier, he worked with PeopleStrong, contributing to HR shared services operations, and with Genpact, where he specialized in employee relations and performance management. He began his HR career with Symphony Teleca as an intern, gaining early exposure to recruitment and organizational processes.
