Currently serving as Global Vice President for Absolut, one of the most iconic spirits brands in the world, Debasree leads the brand’s global strategy, premiumisation, and creative transformation. Her leadership has positioned Absolut at the intersection of culture, commerce, and sustainability.

Prior to Pernod Ricard, she held significant leadership roles at PepsiCo, where she led marketing across the UK & Ireland for carbonated soft drinks, energy, and RTD tea, and served as Brand Guardian for Pepsi across Europe. She has also been part of the Global and European Marketing Leadership Teams.

Her earlier experiences include pivotal roles at Reckitt, where she was Global Brand Director for Veet and spearheaded growth initiatives across developing markets. At Unilever, she was responsible for revitalizing the Lakmé brand and developing long-term innovation pipelines. She began her marketing journey at Titan Company Limited, leading brand campaigns for premium jewellery retail in India.

Debasree is an alumna of MICA | The School of Ideas, where she completed her PGDCM in Brand Management, and she further strengthened her strategic acumen with a certification in Design Thinking and Creativity for Business from INSEAD.

Her appointment underlines Pernod Ricard India’s intent to bring global expertise and fresh insights into its India operations, steering growth with agility and cultural resonance.
