Lisbon, Portugal, September 2025 – Mobiweb has announced the appointment of Sandra Santos as Head of Talent Operations. In this role, Santos will lead the strategic and operational management of the company’s Talent business unit, driving excellence in client service, consultant engagement, and business growth. Her mandate includes overseeing outsourcing operations, enhancing client relationships, optimizing internal processes, and scaling consultant engagement strategies to meet the evolving needs of the digital solutions market.
Most recently, Sandra served at Celfocus as Delivery Manager – VS Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions | Associate Manager, where for over two years she oversaw resource management, cloud project delivery, recruitment and retention processes, financial forecasting, and stakeholder management. She played a critical role in supporting Celfocus’ growth in the cloud services ecosystem.
Before that, Sandra co-founded and continues to manage AquaPrima, where for the past eight years she has driven community engagement, project implementation, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, she worked with OnRising (Velv) as Senior Manager, leading teams across training, retention, and P&L management, while also driving outsourcing business strategy and recruitment.
Earlier, she spent time at Proefit Group and Affinity Portugal as Senior Manager, where she managed outsourcing business units, handled large client portfolios, and strengthened sales and recruitment strategies. Her professional background also includes roles in business development and account management with companies such as DIMEP, Cezanne HR, Meta4, TotalStor, and Siemens, where she honed her expertise in IT project management, client relations, and strategic partnerships.
Sandra began her career with Portugal Telecom and The Adecco Group, gaining early experience in treasury management, customer service, and recruitment, which laid a strong foundation for her people-focused leadership style today.
