Dalia El Aasar Appointed as Head of People Experience, Culture and Communications at e& Egypt

Cairo, Egypt, September 2025 — e& Egypt has announced the appointment of Dalia El Aasar as Head of People Experience, Culture and Communications. In this role, she will lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communications, reinforcing e& Egypt’s transformation into a future-focused digital telco.

Dalia has been with e& Egypt for more than 18 years, contributing to the company’s evolution across multiple leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head of HR Strategy and Internal Communication, where she was responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals and enhancing employee experience.

Earlier at e& Egypt, she worked as Head of HR Strategic Planning & Decision Support, where she played a critical role in shaping long-term workforce strategies. She also held the position of Talent Management Senior Manager, driving succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.

Before that, she contributed as Business Partner Senior Manager and Operations Support Manager (UAE), providing strategic HR partnering and operational support across regional markets. Dalia’s earlier roles at e& Egypt included Training Manager and Complaints & Retention Manager, where she built a strong foundation in people development, training, and customer experience.

Beyond her tenure at e&, she co-founded Logos Training and Consultancy, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit. Her early career included leadership roles at Bank Audi Egypt as Branch Manager and at Vodafone, where she held several positions across enterprise marketing, loyalty, retention, and call center management.

Dalia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Paris ESLSCA Business School, equipping her with strategic and leadership expertise that complements her professional achievements.
