New Delhi, India, September 2025 — Anandroop Bahadur has joined IPE Global Limited as Vice President – Human Resources, India & Global, marking a significant advancement in her distinguished HR leadership career. In this role, she will spearhead HR strategy and organizational transformation across both national and international operations, with a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Her appointment underscores IPE Global’s commitment to fostering a high-performing, people-centric culture.
Anandroop brings over 15 years of diverse experience in HR leadership across industries and geographies. Most recently, she was the Founder & CEO of MB NorthStar Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where she partnered with organizations in leadership development, HR transformation, and organizational growth.
Prior to that, she served as Director of People Operations at Room to Read India and as Associate Director – Human Capital at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where she led large-scale organizational transformation, talent strategies, and DEI initiatives.
Her career also includes impactful roles at the Central Square Foundation and the Amity Education Group, where she contributed to scaling HR systems, leadership hiring, and people development. Earlier in her journey, she worked with HCLTech as a Management Trainee and gained foundational HR exposure at STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited.
An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Anandroop also holds advanced HR certifications and is recognized for her ability to build strong organizational cultures and drive transformative HR strategies that enhance both employee and business outcomes.
