Delaware, United States, September 2025 — Carinne DeMaio has been appointed as Director, People Operations – East at Mosaic. In her new role, she will lead people operations strategy for the eastern region, ensuring alignment with Mosaic’s mission of delivering whole-person healthcare and support services across multiple communities.
Carinne joined Mosaic in 2023 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where she supported HR strategies and initiatives that enhanced employee experience and organizational culture. Over the past two years, she has played a vital role in strengthening HR practices and building inclusive people-focused programs.
Before Mosaic, Carinne spent more than six years with Seattle Children’s, where she advanced from Program Manager roles to overseeing research employee onboarding for the Research Institute. She was instrumental in designing and executing onboarding programs that supported new employees and elevated the organization’s talent experience.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Integrity Bank/S&T Bank as Regional Employee Services Coordinator, AVP SHRM-CP, and also served as Professor of Culture/Director of Recruitment and Talent Development. In these roles, she advanced employee engagement initiatives and developed recruitment strategies to align with organizational culture and growth.
Carinne also brings leadership experience from the banking sector, having held management positions at PNC and Regions Bank, where she built strong customer service and talent development expertise.
