Anvesh Apale Appointed as Global Head – Talent Strategy at Red Nucleus

Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Anvesh Apale has been appointed as the Global Head – Talent Strategy at Red Nucleus, where he will lead the global talent agenda, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives to drive growth across regions and business units. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening Red Nucleus’ position as an employer of choice while building a diverse, future-ready workforce.

Apale has been associated with Red Nucleus for more than seven years, most recently serving as Director – Human Resources for Asia Pacific and Africa. In this role, he spearheaded strategic hiring, employee engagement, HR transformation, and automation projects across multiple offices, supporting both leadership and lateral talent needs. His contributions ensured consistent and impactful HR practices across regions.

Earlier, he was Manager – Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, where he built and led a high-volume recruiting organization, developing strategies to meet business-critical hiring needs in a competitive talent landscape. His efforts strengthened recruitment operations and improved efficiency through innovative sourcing and analytics.

Prior to that, Apale worked with Wipro for over three years, where he served as Lead HR (Global Strategic Hiring) and Talent Acquisition Specialist. He successfully managed senior-level hiring across consulting, technology, and leadership roles, particularly in North America and India, supporting large-scale practices such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, and US Bank.

He began his HR career after earlier stints in technology and quality assurance, serving as a Senior Analyst at UnitedHealth Group and Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys. In these roles, he gained deep expertise in technical recruitment, training, and systems implementation—experience that continues to enrich his strategic approach to HR.

Apale holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the School of Inspired Leadership, Gurgaon.
