Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 – Sigachi Pharma, a global leader in APIs, excipients, and healthcare solutions, has appointed Pavan Kumar Vadlamani as Head of Talent Acquisition (General Manager). In this role, he will be responsible for driving the company’s talent acquisition strategy, strengthening leadership hiring, optimizing recruitment processes, and enhancing candidate experience to support Sigachi’s rapid global growth.
Pavan joins Sigachi after an impactful tenure at Arcolab Private Limited, where he served as Senior Process Lead Talent Acquisition. Over nearly four years, he managed people operations, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and stakeholder collaboration, driving digitization and process excellence to streamline recruitment cycles.
Earlier, he spent more than seven years at Syngene International Limited, where he progressed from Assistant Manager HR to Associate Manager. In these roles, he played a key part in leadership hiring, manpower budgeting, and strategic stakeholder management for one of India’s premier contract research organizations.
Before Syngene, Pavan worked at Novartis Health Care India Pvt. Ltd., where he was a Global Talent Sourcer and later Senior Recruitment Specialist, responsible for sourcing and hiring across business analytics, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and salesforce functions. He also led campus hiring and diversity & inclusion initiatives, strengthening Novartis’s talent pipeline.
He began his career with recruitment and HR roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, ITC-ABD, and Ma Foi Randstad, building a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, and HR operations across multiple business domains.
