In this role, Minaz will be responsible for leading HR strategy, driving talent management initiatives, and strengthening people practices across the company’s subsidiaries in dentistry and dermatology.
Minaz has been associated with Bayan Medical Company since April 2024, serving as Human Resources Specialist. During this period, she played a key role in HR operations, employee engagement, and process improvement, laying the foundation for her elevation to the leadership role.
Earlier, Minaz worked with Al Wazzan Holdings Group as a Human Resource Officer, where she contributed significantly to manpower planning, performance appraisal management, onboarding, policy development, and compliance. Over her tenure of more than five years, she gained valuable expertise across core HR functions, including talent management, grievance handling, and HR generalist responsibilities.
Her career journey reflects a strong commitment to human resources leadership and organizational development, positioning her well to advance Bayan Medical Company’s people agenda.
