In her forthcoming role, Boysen will head Sprout’s global human resources department, pivoting in nurturing and advancing the company’s distinguished team to new heights.

With over 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, Boysen transitions to Sprout Social following her impactful tenure as CPO at Vimeo, where her leadership was instrumental in cultivating a people-centric organization and culture.

Additionally, Boysen’s tenure as Global Head of People at Canva is notable for her strategic oversight in propelling Canva’s workforce from 500 to 2,500 employees, and skyrocketing its annual recurring revenue from $200 million to $750 million.
