With over a decade of diverse HR experience across industries, Mustafa will lead the company’s human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to support Sidra’s continued regional growth.
Prior to joining Sidra Egypt, Mustafa Abd Elhady served as Recruitment Section Head at Tasheed Developments, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment frameworks and implementing strategic HR policies to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline.
Before that, he worked with Tabarak for Engineering and Construction as OD & Recruitment Section Head, overseeing both organizational development and end-to-end recruitment processes. His leadership was instrumental in driving employee engagement and aligning HR practices with business growth objectives.
Earlier in his career, Mustafa spent nearly six years at EL OLA Steel Group, where he advanced from Human Resources Specialist to Head of Human Resources. During this tenure, he led payroll, administration, and HR operations, establishing policies that enhanced workforce efficiency and performance management across divisions.
His experience spans strategic human resource planning, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management, positioning him as a versatile HR leader adept at building agile and people-centric workplaces.
