Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Priyanka Sarkar has joined DHL Global Forwarding Freight Shared Services (India) LLP as Head – Talent, Compensation & Benefits (Global), bringing extensive experience across human resources, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, HR advisory, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and regional people support.
In her new role at DHL, Priyanka Sarkar will lead global talent, compensation, and benefits priorities, supporting the organization’s people agenda across shared services and global business requirements.
Before joining DHL, Priyanka served as Human Resources Advisor – Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, South Africa at FedEx, where she supported HR advisory responsibilities across a multi-region business environment. Her work strengthened her experience in regional HR support, people processes, and business-aligned HR execution.
Earlier, Priyanka worked as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Datamatics, where she contributed to HR leadership, employee support, HR operations, and people-related initiatives. Prior to this, she spent nearly seven years with Wolters Kluwer as Senior Manager – Human Resources, building strong experience across HR systems, talent processes, workforce support, and organizational HR practices.
Her earlier career includes HR roles with CMA CGM, where she served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, Wockhardt Ltd., where she worked as HR Executive, and MetLife, where she began as HR / Training Coordinator. Across these roles, she built a strong foundation in HR operations, training coordination, employee services, and talent-related processes.
