With a robust background in human resources and talent management, Lauren is set to lead the HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Lauren Gonzalez has been with Beacon Mobility for approximately 3 years and 7 months. Before her current role, she served as Director of Human Resources where she managed HR operations and initiatives that contributed significantly to the organization’s development.
Prior to joining Beacon Mobility, Lauren was the Senior Recruiting Manager at Patina Restaurant Group for about 1 year and 6 months, where she oversaw recruitment strategies and enhanced the talent acquisition processes.
She also held the position of Regional Training Manager at Flik Hospitality Group for approximately 8 months, focusing on training and development programs across the region.
At BGR Hospitality LLC, Lauren served as the Director of Human Resources and Training for about 3 years, where she played a key role in managing HR and training functions for the franchise owner of Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza.
Her earlier experience includes working at Bertucci’s for nearly 5 years, where she held multiple roles including Director Of Training and Recruiting Manager, contributing to the development of service and training initiatives.
Lauren also served as Operations Manager at Stadium Sports Bar and Grill for about 1 year and 6 months, managing operations and leading a team of GMs, assistant managers, and a marketing manager.
At Let’s Dish!, Lauren was the Area Manager for approximately 2 years and 11 months, overseeing menu selection, hiring, budgeting, and training programs.
She began her career in the restaurant industry, working at The Cheesecake Factory for about 9 years, where she developed a passion for training and held various roles including lead trainer, expediter, and shift supervisor.
Lauren’s early management experience includes serving as a Restaurant Manager at Houlihans for over 3 years, where she progressed from a server to a management trainee, contributing to the opening of a new location.
