McLean, Virginia, United States, April 2026 — Carly Reiner Caceres has started a new position as Director, Human Resources – National Campus Recruiting at Clark Construction Group, bringing strong experience across people operations, internal operations, talent strategy, campus recruiting, university relations, internship programs, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
In her new role at Clark Construction Group, Carly Reiner Caceres will support national campus recruiting initiatives, helping strengthen early-career talent pipelines for one of the largest building and infrastructure companies in the United States.
Before joining Clark Construction Group, Carly served as VP of People Operations at Proper, where she contributed to people strategy, HR operations, and organizational support across a hybrid work environment.
Earlier, Carly worked as Director of Internal Operations at MILLER, where she supported internal operations, business coordination, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, Carly spent more than nine years with Accenture, where she held roles including Talent Strategy Manager, Accenture Strategy Campus Recruiting Lead – US, and Wharton Global MBA Recruiting Lead within Accenture Strategy. Her work covered full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, university relations, on-campus and off-campus recruiting events, internship programs, applicant tracking systems, offer processes, and national campus programs.
Earlier, Carly served as University Recruiter at Grant Thornton LLP, managing campus recruiting strategy across Audit, Tax, and Advisory service lines, internship programs, summer leadership conferences, student engagement initiatives, onboarding, and early identification programs.
Her early career also includes internships and event-focused roles with Charleston Magazine, Blue Moon Events, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, and the Smithsonian Institution’s Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, where she built experience across communications, special events, external relations, and coordination.
