Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 – Endo India Par Formulations, a subsidiary of Endo International plc, has announced the appointment of Priyanka Singh as Associate Director – HR. With nearly two decades of HR experience across leading pharmaceutical organizations, Priyanka brings deep expertise in R&D talent management, HR business partnering, and organizational development to her new role.
Prior to joining Endo, Priyanka served as HR Team Lead – R&D at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., where she led human capital strategies across research functions, focusing on capability building, leadership engagement, and workforce planning. Her contributions were instrumental in driving innovation-led culture alignment and supporting scientific talent development.
Earlier, she was associated with Finecure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as Assistant General Manager – HR, where she drove talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy design. Before that, she held a pivotal role as Lead HR – R&D (Senior Manager) at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she spent over seven years leading end-to-end HR functions for research divisions, playing a key role in strengthening HR processes and aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Priyanka’s early career includes experience with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where she worked as HR Nodal Officer for the biotech, discovery, and clinical business units, and consulting roles at Success Placement Services and Addon Resources Private Limited, where she focused on leadership hiring and business development.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, and a Certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, reflecting her strong academic foundation and analytical approach to HR management.
