With over two decades of leadership experience across global organizations, she brings a strategic blend of expertise in corporate governance, digital transformation, finance, and executive development to the company’s board.
Anupama is widely recognized for her strategic foresight and transformative leadership across diverse industries. She currently also serves as Founding Mentor at Kahaani Consulting & Mentoring, where she advises organizations and leaders on growth strategy, risk management, and people empowerment. Her deep understanding of governance, culture, and business alignment has made her a trusted advisor in both corporate and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Before joining SabPaisa, Anupama Priyadarshini served as Senior Vice President – Corporate Governance, Risk & Compliance and Investor Relations at the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), where she played a key role in raising over ₹600 crore through private placements, building robust governance frameworks, and serving as Interim CFO to design a sustainable revenue model for the government-backed entity.
Earlier, during her 13-year tenure at IKEA Group, she held the position of CFO & Business Navigation, Purchasing Logistics South Asia, and Director of IKEA Services India Pvt Ltd. At IKEA, she was instrumental in scaling local sourcing from 2% to over 25%, driving digital transformation, and leading multi-country operations across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Her leadership helped shape strategic business navigation, compliance, and performance monitoring across global supply functions.
Prior to IKEA, Anupama worked with PepsiCo India as General Manager – Planning, where she drove capital investments and business planning, contributing to 35% business growth within six months through high-impact projects. She began her professional journey at Tata Steel, where she spent nearly nine years in Strategy & Planning, contributing to Tata Steel’s global expansion and Tata-Corus integration, where she facilitated synergy identification and strategic planning processes.
