Shelby Anderson Appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer at Vision Invest

Prior to joining Vision Invest, Anderson served in a key advisory role at Savvy Games Group, where she led special projects for the Group CEO and General Counsel from August 2023 to March 2024. Her tenure at Savvy Games Group also included serving as SVP of Governance, acting as the interim HR Function Head, and contributing significantly to the company’s strategic planning and board affairs.

Anderson’s vast experience also encompasses pivotal roles in several prestigious organizations, including serving as a board committee member for both the Sports Investment Company and Cruise Saudi, advising on nomination and remuneration committees. Her earlier career highlights include a senior advisory position at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, where she provided strategic advice on governance, remuneration, and human capital management.
