Prior to her current role, Anderson served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Krasdale Foods Inc., where she played a key role in shaping the company’s HR policies and practices from September 2021 to March 2024. Before Krasdale, she was the HR Manager at UNFI for five years, where her leadership significantly contributed to the company’s HR functions in Montgomery, NY. Anderson’s experience also includes a successful stint as HR Manager at SELUX Corporation, further showcasing her extensive background in managing human resources across diverse industries.
