Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Mayen Ravikumar Kumar has joined Alegeus as Director of Talent, bringing with him over 15 years of diverse experience across strategic human resources, talent management, and organizational development. In this new role, he will lead Alegeus’s talent strategy with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and retention, while driving a data-driven approach to enhance human capital effectiveness and business alignment.
Before joining Alegeus, Mayen spent nearly five years at Khoros, where he served in multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager – Talent (APAC), Manager – Talent (APAC), and Lead Talent Engagement Partner – APAC. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives in global compensation, talent analytics, and workforce strategy, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s talent architecture across the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier in his career, Mayen held impactful HR roles at Synamedia, Finastra, Target, Swiss Re, and Blue Star Infotech, contributing to leadership development programs, compensation strategy, and organizational transformation. His expertise in talent analytics, workforce planning, and leadership engagement has helped global organizations design sustainable people practices aligned with business priorities.
