Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Nupur Aggarwal has been promoted to Director at Deloitte, marking another significant milestone in her career in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital transformation. Her promotion recognizes her contributions in building and scaling Generative AI capabilities, leading large-scale transformation programs, and delivering innovative AI solutions for global enterprises.
Prior to this promotion, Nupur Aggarwal served as Associate Director at Deloitte, where she led the Asia Pacific Generative AI Centre of Excellence (CoE). Under her leadership, the CoE expanded from a small team of seven professionals to a high-performing team of more than fifty specialists focused on delivering end-to-end Generative AI solutions. She played a pivotal role in driving AI adoption, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives across industries including financial services, consumer goods, and oil and gas.
During her tenure as Associate Director, Nupur led several large-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI programs for Fortune 500 organizations. She managed multi-disciplinary teams delivering production-ready AI solutions that enabled organizations to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer engagement, and business outcomes. She also played an active role in business development, client workshops, proposal development, AI talent acquisition, and thought leadership initiatives, contributing significantly to Deloitte’s growing AI practice.
Earlier, as Data Science Manager at Deloitte, Nupur led analytics engagements for leading global clients. Her work included designing advanced pricing guidance frameworks, developing customer segmentation models, churn prediction systems, next-best-product recommendation engines, and AI-powered forecasting solutions. She worked closely with senior business leaders including CIOs and business heads, helping organizations leverage data-driven insights to improve commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
Before joining Deloitte, Nupur spent nearly seven years with Accenture, where she progressed from Analyst to Consultant. During this period, she worked extensively on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), advanced analytics, optimization, and AI-driven business solutions for clients across retail, consumer goods, and telecommunications sectors. Her experience helped build a strong foundation in analytics, machine learning, business strategy, and digital transformation.
