Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – Ankit Arora has been promoted to Managing Director at Accenture. The promotion marks a significant milestone in his consulting and technology leadership career, recognizing his contributions in management consulting, digital transformation, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise technology strategy, and business transformation initiatives for global clients.
Prior to his elevation as Managing Director, Ankit Arora served as Senior Manager at Accenture, where he led complex consulting engagements and transformation programs across industries. During his tenure, he played a critical role in helping organizations accelerate digital transformation, optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive growth through technology-enabled solutions. His work spanned strategy development, transformation execution, stakeholder management, and large-scale enterprise change initiatives.
Before becoming Senior Manager, Ankit progressed through several leadership positions within Accenture, including Management Consulting Manager and Management Consultant. Over his decade-long journey with the firm, he built extensive expertise in management consulting, CRM transformation, digital business strategy, customer engagement, and technology-enabled business innovation. His steady progression through the organization reflects a strong track record of delivering value to clients while building high-performing consulting teams.
Prior to joining Accenture, Ankit worked with Cognizant as Senior Consultant, focusing on CRM consulting and pre-sales initiatives. During this period, he led CRM process design and functional implementation programs for multinational clients in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods sectors. He also contributed to strategic pre-sales efforts involving Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, Eloqua, Adobe Neolane, ExactTarget, Pardot, and Unica platforms.
Earlier in his career, Ankit spent nearly four years with Infosys, where he served as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. His responsibilities included Salesforce.com consulting, business analysis, CRM solution design, customer requirement gathering, and implementation support. He began building his business and commercial expertise with PaGaLGuY as Sales & Marketing Manager, where he managed direct sales operations across North India.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Ankit earned his MBA with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, Strategy, and Information Systems. His promotion to Managing Director reflects both his consulting leadership and his ability to help organizations navigate increasingly complex digital and business transformation challenges.
