Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Manish Srivastava has been promoted to Executive Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The promotion marks another significant milestone in his distinguished banking and financial services career spanning more than two decades, during which he has played a pivotal role in driving business growth, branch banking excellence, corporate salary relationships, and customer-centric banking initiatives.
Currently serving as Executive Vice President & City Head – Branch Banking (Noida, Ghaziabad & Western Uttar Pradesh), Manish leads a network of 50 retail branches across the region, overseeing sales, service, distribution, operations, quality, training, risk, and compliance functions across a broad portfolio of banking products. His leadership has focused on strengthening customer experience, enhancing digital adoption, building profitable business models, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining robust compliance and risk management frameworks.
Prior to this promotion, Manish served as Senior Vice President & Zonal Head – Corporate Salary, where he successfully led acquisition and relationship teams across North and East India. During this period, he managed strategic relationships with large corporates, multinational organizations, and national accounts while driving business growth across liabilities, investments, insurance, lending products, and digital banking solutions. His contributions helped strengthen Kotak Mahindra Bank’s presence within the corporate salary and enterprise banking ecosystem.
Earlier, Manish held key leadership positions including Vice President – Cluster Head (Branch Banking), where he managed 16 retail branches across East Delhi and Ghaziabad. In this role, he led sales, operations, customer service, risk management, compliance, and distribution initiatives while expanding business across CASA, NRI banking, wealth products, insurance, trade finance, and business banking segments. He also served as Deputy Vice President – Senior Branch Manager and Associate Vice President – Branch Manager, consistently delivering business growth and operational excellence across flagship branch operations.
Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Manish held leadership roles with Reliance Capital as Regional Head – South and Area Head – Delhi & NCR, where he led sales and customer acquisition initiatives across investment products, insurance, mutual funds, and trading services. Earlier, he worked with ICICI Bank as Regional Sales Manager and Manager – Investment, managing investment and wealth distribution businesses across multiple regions. His career also includes sales leadership roles with MetLife, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Manish holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad and has also completed the Executive Program in Digital Transformation from Indian Institute of Management Indore, strengthening his expertise in digital business models and enterprise transformation.
