Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 – Ravi Kumar Mishra has been promoted to Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Regency Health. The promotion recognizes his significant contributions to strengthening the organization’s people strategy, talent management framework, and HR transformation initiatives during a period of growth and expansion for one of Uttar Pradesh’s leading healthcare providers.
Prior to his promotion, Ravi Kumar Mishra served as General Manager – Human Resources at Regency Health for more than four years. In this role, he was responsible for leading strategic human resource planning, talent management, workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. His leadership has contributed to building a strong people-centric culture aligned with Regency Health’s vision of becoming one of the largest healthcare networks in Uttar Pradesh.
Before joining Regency Health, Ravi served as General Manager – Human Resources at Popular Group Of Hospitals, where he led HR strategy, policy implementation, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives for the healthcare group. His experience in healthcare HR management helped strengthen talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational capability-building efforts within the organization.
Earlier, Ravi held the position of Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at Nayati Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd., contributing to strategic HR planning, policy development, talent management, and workforce effectiveness initiatives. Prior to that, he served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Moolchand Healthcare, where he played a key role in attracting and building healthcare talent to support the institution’s growth and service excellence objectives.
His career also includes a significant tenure with ABC Consultants as Vertical Head, where he developed expertise in executive search, talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and client relationship management. Earlier in his professional journey, he gained experience through roles with PeopleOne Consulting and an internship with Standard Chartered, building a strong foundation in recruitment, talent management, and human resources.
An alumnus of Asia Pacific Institute of Management, where he earned his MBA in Human Resources, Ravi brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across healthcare, consulting, talent acquisition, and organizational development. His promotion reflects Regency Health’s confidence in his leadership as the organization continues its expansion and transformation journey.
