São Paulo, Brazil, October 2025 — Elea Data Centers, Latin America’s pioneering data center infrastructure platform, has announced the appointment of Crislaine Corradine as its Chief Business Support Officer. In her new capacity, Crislaine will oversee the company’s strategic support functions including supply chain, real estate, EHS, ESG, and risk management, strengthening Elea’s sustainable growth and operational resilience as it expands its nationwide network of interconnected data center campuses.
Crislaine has been a core part of Elea Data Centers for over three years, most recently serving as Supply Chain, Real Estate, EHS & Risk Management Director, where she drove strategic procurement frameworks and integrated risk management processes to support the company’s expansion in Brazil. Before that, as Supply Chain Director, she established strategic sourcing and ESG governance models that enhanced efficiency and sustainability across Elea’s operations.
Prior to joining Elea, Crislaine spent nearly a decade with Equinix, one of the world’s largest digital infrastructure companies. She served as Senior Procurement Manager – South America, managing over $600 million in infrastructure spend and leading investment negotiations to build and retrofit data centers across Brazil. Earlier, as Procurement Manager, she implemented procurement and logistics processes from the ground up, delivering significant productivity gains and driving cross-functional alignment with IT, finance, and operations.
Crislaine also held leadership roles at UOL Diveo, where she led procurement and telecom sourcing for its technology and digital business divisions, and began her career with BSH Home Appliances Group and MWM Motores e Geradores in indirect procurement roles that built her expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
She holds an MBA in Gestão Estratégica e Econômica de Negócios from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil’s leading business school.
