Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2025 – Omega Insurance Brokers LLC, one of the UAE’s leading insurance brokerage firms, has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Anand as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). In his new role, Sanjeev will lead strategic business expansion, client engagement, and growth initiatives across Omega’s diverse insurance portfolio, reinforcing the company’s mission to provide uncompromising service and value to its customers.
Sanjeev Anand brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with deep expertise in business leadership, sales strategy, and client relationship management across India and the UAE.
Before joining Omega Insurance Brokers, Sanjeev served as General Manager at Al Sayegh Insurance Brokers LLC, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and strengthening its portfolio across corporate and individual insurance segments. His leadership significantly contributed to business growth and operational excellence during his nearly five-year tenure.
Prior to that, he held the position of Country Head at Vidal Medical Services in Dubai, overseeing health insurance operations and partnerships across the region. In parallel, he also worked with Vidal Healthcare in India for nearly a decade, rising through leadership roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where he led business development and client service operations across the healthcare and insurance domains.
Earlier in his career, Sanjeev held key leadership roles in the life insurance sector, including Key Account Manager – South at AEGON Religare Life Insurance, Branch Head at ING Vysya Life Insurance, and Associate Partner at Max New York Life Insurance. His career began with G2Rams – Grey Worldwide, where he gained foundational experience in sales and client management.
