Dallas, Texas, United States, October 2025 — BOLD, a global leader in career technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Sabrina Pargo as Director, Human Resources Business Partner, where she will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership teams to drive strategic transformation and enable growth across the organization. With nearly two decades of diverse experience across technology, legal, and aerospace sectors, Sabrina brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, organizational design expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering people and performance.
In her new role, Sabrina will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy initiatives that support scalability, leadership effectiveness, and a culture of empowerment. Her focus on aligning business priorities with people strategy positions her to play a pivotal role in shaping BOLD’s future of work and strengthening its global HR ecosystem.
Prior to joining BOLD, Sabrina served as Lead Human Resources Business Partner – Global Sales at Reddit, Inc., where she partnered with global sales leaders to build high-performing teams, foster inclusion, and lead HR programs that accelerated business performance and employee engagement. Before Reddit, she was Senior HR Business Partner for Global Legal at Amazon, where she supported the company’s worldwide legal organization and spearheaded leadership development and organizational transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Earlier in her career, Sabrina held multiple HR leadership roles at DXC Technology, including Senior Manager and Principal HR Business Partner, supporting digital transformation initiatives across global operations. She also led HR strategy at CallisonRTKL, a global architecture and design firm, driving talent development, culture building, and organizational effectiveness.
Before transitioning into HR leadership in the tech and design sectors, Sabrina spent nearly a decade at Raytheon, where she progressed through roles including Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and Human Resources Manager II, as part of the company’s HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). She began her professional journey with Nationwide, managing talent and claims operations, which laid the foundation for her people-first leadership philosophy.
Sabrina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from The University of Dallas. Her professional expertise spans HR strategy, leadership development, change management, and organizational transformation.
