In his new role, Ravinder will lead Lenovo India’s sales strategy, strengthen channel ecosystems, and drive market expansion initiatives to enhance the company’s footprint in the competitive technology and enterprise solutions space.
Ravinder’s journey with Lenovo spans two years, during which he served as Value Channel Head – LEMB Market, where he successfully strengthened Lenovo’s value channel network and boosted partner engagement across India. His contributions have been instrumental in driving business growth and expanding Lenovo’s partner-led sales model.
Before joining Lenovo, Ravinder held senior leadership roles at CommScope, where he served as Enterprise Sales Leader – North, and at Dell Technologies, where he spent over five years leading channel relationships and business growth initiatives as Channel Regional Sales Manager and Channel Lead – Dell Networking. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of partner ecosystems helped deliver consistent revenue growth across India’s enterprise segment.
Earlier in his career, he served with Brocade, Iris Computers Limited, SES Technologies Ltd, and Ingram Micro, where he built and scaled high-performance sales teams, launched new business verticals, and established strong distribution networks across the region. His track record reflects a commitment to building sustainable business pipelines and fostering long-term partnerships.
