Eric has been an integral part of Fusion Education Group for over three years. Prior to this elevation, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, where he redefined Fusion’s brand positioning and led large-scale marketing transformations across Fusion Academy and Fusion Global Academy. Under his leadership, the marketing function expanded its reach and impact—driving sustainable enrollment growth, strengthening community engagement, and scaling Fusion’s presence both domestically and internationally.
Before joining Fusion, Eric served as Vice President of Marketing at Art of Problem Solving, where he directed marketing operations for a suite of educational brands dedicated to developing the next generation of problem solvers. He led performance marketing, product strategy, and PR initiatives that enhanced brand influence and customer engagement in the competitive EdTech space.
Earlier, Eric was Vice President of Marketing at National University System, where he spearheaded growth strategies across Harmony, Inspire, and the Institute of Philanthropy programs. His achievements included increasing Harmony’s reach by one million students within six months, quadrupling lead generation, and earning top national satisfaction ratings from schools and districts.
Eric also made his mark at Helix Education, where he served as Head of Marketing and later Executive Director of Creative and Corporate Marketing. During his tenure, he led award-winning campaigns that improved client marketing performance by 23% year-over-year and earned Marketo’s 2019 Orchestrator Award for excellence in cross-channel customer experience. His strategic innovations—spanning content marketing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation—were instrumental in driving measurable ROI for higher education clients.
He began his career at Lewis University, where he served as Director of Communications and later as Web Content Manager. His efforts helped the university achieve record-breaking enrollment numbers, a 38% increase in online applications, and improved brand perception scores among prospective students.
