In this position, he will lead the company’s people strategy, culture development, and talent management initiatives to support Ryewalk’s rapid growth in technology consulting and cloud solutions.
With a strong background in human resources spanning insurance, SaaS, and technology, Ramvenkatesh brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, business partnering, and organizational development. Before joining Ryewalk, he served as Lead – People & Recruitment at Bolt, where he was instrumental in building inclusive teams, driving recruitment efficiency, and shaping a culture of innovation in the fast-paced e-commerce and technology landscape.
Earlier, he worked with Growfin.ai as Manager – Human Resources, supporting the company’s expansion in the fintech SaaS domain through robust HR practices, performance frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to that, he spent over five years at CloudSense, where he played dual roles as HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist, contributing to strategic workforce planning and global hiring for the company’s cloud technology operations.
His earlier experience at Apollo Munich Health Insurance and Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance strengthened his foundation in employee relations, compliance, and regional HR operations across the financial services sector.
At Ryewalk, Ramvenkatesh will focus on building a people-first culture, aligning HR strategy with the company’s growth vision, and driving initiatives that nurture learning, inclusion, and engagement in a hybrid work environment.
