Mumbai, India, Maharashtra ,October 2025 — Arun Nishad has joined FiveS Digital as Director of Operations & Site Head, marking a pivotal addition to the company’s leadership team. With over 18 years of experience in operations management, customer service, and strategic leadership, Arun will lead operational excellence, people initiatives, and site management at FiveS Digital’s Mumbai location. In this role, he will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing client delivery, and driving organizational efficiency and innovation across the company’s diverse service lines.
Prior to joining FiveS Digital, Arun served as General Manager at Netimpact Solutions Private Limited, where he led initiatives in brand management, online reputation programs, and data-driven operational improvements. His strategic approach to customer experience and operational scalability contributed to measurable business impact and strengthened organizational performance.
Before Netimpact, Arun was with DealShare, where he initially led Customer Service and later transitioned to Category Management. In these roles, he played a key part in scaling the company’s service delivery frameworks, improving customer engagement metrics, and streamlining category operations to drive business efficiency and growth.
Earlier in his career, Arun held leadership and managerial positions at Teleperformance India, Startek India (formerly Aegis Limited), and Vertex Customer Service, where he built a strong foundation in people leadership, process optimization, and service excellence. His ability to align teams with business objectives and his commitment to fostering a culture of performance and collaboration have been defining hallmarks of his professional journey.
In his new mandate at FiveS Digital, Arun will focus on strengthening operational frameworks, advancing people-centric strategies, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver AI-driven digital transformation and superior customer experiences.
