Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2025 — Deloitte Middle East has announced the appointment of Andy Heath as Managing Director – People & Purpose for its Technology and Transformation business. In this strategic leadership role, Andy will lead the People & Purpose teams across the region, driving workforce transformation, culture, and people strategy initiatives that align with Deloitte’s mission to empower its professionals and deliver exceptional client value across the Middle East.
Andy brings over two decades of global HR and organizational development experience, with a career spanning the consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors. His leadership at Deloitte has been instrumental in shaping a high-growth, people-centered business ecosystem across multiple countries in the region.
Andy has been with Deloitte Middle East for over six years, where he most recently served as Director – People & Purpose. In that role, he built a fit-for-purpose HR and people function designed to support Deloitte’s rapid growth and elevate employee experience. Under his leadership, the firm expanded organically from 400 to over 1,500 employees across eight locations in six countries, with strengthened frameworks for recruitment, HR operations, and learning & development.
Before joining Deloitte, Andy served as Director of Organisational Development at the Special Projects Office of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, where he was part of a team overseeing multiple institutions such as Godolphin, Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, and Dubai Healthcare City. His role focused on organizational assessment, performance enhancement, and HR excellence across the portfolio.
Prior to that, Andy spent over a decade at Aon, holding key roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Performance. He led consulting practices across the Middle East, overseeing HR transformation, strategy design, performance management, and organizational design for clients in diverse industries such as banking, government, healthcare, and telecom. His tenure at Aon also saw him deliver large-scale HR transformation projects for several of the region’s largest employers.
Earlier in his career, Andy held HR leadership roles at Buro Happold, where he established international HR operations across the Middle East, North America, and Europe, and at Nabarro LLP (now CMS), where he began his career developing HR frameworks and managing graduate recruitment and professional development.
Throughout his extensive career, Andy has demonstrated a consistent focus on developing people-first organizations that balance growth, purpose, and sustainability. His appointment reflects Deloitte’s continued investment in leadership that champions people, innovation, and purpose-driven performance.
