London, United Kingdom, October 2025 — Hoxton Farms, a pioneering company creating sustainable and cultivated fats for plant-based meat alternatives, has announced the appointment of Louise Rogers as its new Head of People. In this role, Louise will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent growth, culture-building, and scaling people practices to support Hoxton Farms’ next phase of innovation and expansion.
With over a decade of experience across high-growth technology and food innovation sectors, Louise brings deep expertise in people operations, talent strategy, and organizational development. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for Hoxton Farms as it continues to advance its mission of crafting delicious, cruelty-free fats that redefine the future of sustainable food.
Before joining Hoxton Farms, Louise served as Head of People at Civic Marketplace, where she led culture embedding, performance management, and the development of scalable people systems in a rapidly growing, remote-first organization. Her work focused on aligning values, enhancing employee experience, and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth.
Earlier, Louise held multiple leadership roles at Accurx, a leading UK health technology company. During her five years there, she progressed from Talent Lead to Head of People, overseeing both the HR and Talent functions. Her leadership helped scale Accurx’s team while reinforcing a mission-driven culture that reached over 98% of GP practices and nearly half of NHS Trusts across the UK.
Before her tenure at Accurx, Louise gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding through roles at Bench Talent (part of Kin+Carta), myBench Ltd, and Experis UK, where she specialized in technical recruiting and leadership hiring across IT, data, and digital functions. Her early career at Cute Resource Solutions Ltd laid the groundwork for her strong foundation in recruitment and client engagement.
