Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Vaibhav Khambe has started a new position as Director – HR Tech and Client Solutions at S R Global HR Solutions FZE (India & Middle East).
In his new role, Vaibhav Khambe will lead HR technology consulting and client solutions across India and the Middle East, with a focus on HRMS development, payroll and compliance services, recruitment solutions, vendor management, and strategic collaborations. He will work closely with clients to deliver scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled HR solutions aligned with business growth objectives.
Prior to this appointment, Vaibhav Khambe served as Director at OZ HRMS Solutions Pvt Ltd (RR Global), where he played a key role in scaling an HR technology startup. His work included strategic partnerships, product development and deployment, HRMS customization, and delivering solutions supporting a workforce of over 22,000 employees.
Alongside this, he held the role of General Manager – Human Resources at RR Global, driving HR strategy, transformation initiatives, organizational development, HRMS development, employee relations, and compliance across group entities.
Earlier in his career, Vaibhav Khambe worked with Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, supporting global clients on resource management, vendor governance, and third-party compliance. He also spent over five years at Citi Corp Services India Ltd, managing APAC staffing operations, vendor management, SAP Fieldglass, HR compliance, and automation initiatives.
His professional journey also includes significant HR leadership roles at RR Global, Shalimar Paints, CRISIL, Intelenet Global Services, and J.P. Morgan, where he built deep expertise across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR technology enablement.
