Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Cyient DLM Limited, a leading integrated design-led manufacturing partner, has announced the appointment of Subramanian R M as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic leadership, Subramanian will oversee the company’s global finance function and lead its financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Cyient DLM, Subramanian served as Group CFO at Avalon Technologies Limited, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial governance and growth strategy. During his tenure, he led Avalon’s successful IPO in 2023, strengthening its capital structure and market positioning while driving fiscal discipline and profitability across India and the US.
Earlier, he held senior finance leadership roles with The Sanmar Group, Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Essar Oil, Greenstar Fertilisers, and Cairn India, where he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, resource mobilization, debt structuring, and risk management across domestic and international markets. At Cairn India, he led the Group Treasury function overseeing funding, investments, and currency-risk management for large-scale operations.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), Subramanian is recognized for his financial acumen, capital-structuring expertise, and ability to execute complex IPOs and cross-border financial strategies. At Cyient DLM, he will lead initiatives to enhance financial efficiency, governance, and shareholder value as the company continues to expand its footprint in the electronics and mechanical manufacturing domain.
