New Orleans, Louisiana, August 2024 – Ashley Nicholé Brown has been appointed as the new Director of Human Resources – Mississippi at Viking. In her new role, Ashley will be responsible for overseeing HR functions across Viking’s Mississippi operations, focusing on employee relations, benefits management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Ashley Nicholé Brown joins Viking with a wealth of experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, she served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources (People and Culture) at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in New Orleans for over two years. During her tenure, she managed employee benefits, led wellness initiatives, and ensured compliance with labor laws. Her efforts in enhancing employee well-being and optimizing operational performance were highly regarded.
Before joining Four Seasons, Ashley spent nearly five years at Weiser Security Services, Inc. in New Orleans, where she excelled as a Plan Administrator, managing benefits for over 4,000 employees. She played a pivotal role in improving HR service delivery, developing training programs, and resolving employee relations issues. Her expertise in benefits administration and legal compliance significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Earlier in her career, Ashley worked as an Operations Manager at Pandora, where she was responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including profit and loss, employee training, and performance assessments. Her leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence were key to the company’s achievements during her tenure.
In addition to these roles, Ashley gained valuable experience as a Customer Service ASM at Victoria’s Secret, where she implemented company processes to resolve customer service issues and trained new team members. Her focus on improving customer satisfaction and team performance laid the foundation for her successful career in human resources and operations management.
