Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Tirumala Reddy Koduri has been appointed as Executive Head of People and Culture – APAC & India at NTT DATA Business Solutions, marking a major milestone in his two-decade career in human resources and talent leadership. In his new role, he will lead the people and culture strategy across Asia-Pacific and India, aligning organizational design, leadership development, and employee experience with NTT DATA’s global transformation and growth goals.
Tirumala has been an integral part of NTT DATA Business Solutions, previously serving as Vice President – People & Culture, Corporate Communications & Branding, where he successfully led transformative HR initiatives, strengthened employer branding, and fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration across diverse business units. His leadership played a pivotal role in advancing employee engagement and shaping a unified organizational identity during a period of significant growth and digital transformation.
Before rejoining NTT DATA, he served as Vice President – Human Resources at Arete, where he drove strategic HR operations and talent management frameworks that supported rapid organizational expansion. Earlier, he held a senior HR leadership role at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC Group) as Vice President – Human Resources, managing key people strategies for India while ensuring alignment with global HR standards.
Tirumala’s professional experience also includes impactful roles at FactSet Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where he spent eight years as Senior Manager – Recruiting, and earlier at Deloitte, Monster India, and [24]7.ai, where he built strong expertise in talent acquisition, organizational culture, and leadership development. His two-decade-long journey reflects consistent excellence in building agile, high-performing teams and fostering workplace cultures that thrive on innovation and inclusion.
