During her tenure, she implemented structured appraisal systems, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and introduced digital HR systems through an ERP rollout, enhancing efficiency and compliance across departments.

Earlier, Nissy spent more than eight years at Believers Church Medical College Hospital, where she progressed through roles from Junior HR Officer to Senior Human Resources Officer. Her contributions included driving workforce planning, employee engagement, training programs, and people process optimization — reinforcing the hospital’s reputation as a people-first healthcare institution.

Nissy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, which has provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, HR strategy, and organizational behavior.
