Prior to joining Manifold, McMahon was the Managing Partner and Founder of CMC Consulting, where he delivered HR advisory and consulting services focused on aligning people strategies with organizational goals for technology-driven, early-stage growth companies. His tenure at CMC Consulting underscored his expertise in talent acquisition, development, and management, alongside his ability to mentor and coach leadership teams.

McMahon’s experience also includes a significant advisory role at CLYNK, a provider of circular economy solutions, demonstrating his commitment to innovative environmental practices. His strategic impact was further evidenced during his time as Vice President of People at Howl, a social commerce platform, where he established the People vision, strategy, and roadmap upon the brand’s launch.

Additionally, McMahon’s leadership roles at Kyruus and Turbonomic highlighted his skills in steering HR functions to support rapid organizational growth and technology adoption. At Cimpress, he led global talent acquisition efforts, showcasing his ability to drive transformative talent strategies on an international scale. His early career experiences, including impactful roles at Endeca and 170 Systems, Inc., as well as recruitment positions at Nortel Networks and Darwin Partners, have all contributed to McMahon’s reputable standing in the HR field.
