Dr. Sujiv Nair Appointed as Chief People Officer at MSN Laboratories

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 – MSN Laboratories, one of India’s fastest-growing research-driven pharmaceutical companies, has appointed Dr. Sujiv Nair, PhD as Chief People Officer. With over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and technology, Dr. Nair brings a wealth of expertise in organizational transformation, leadership development, and people strategy. In his new role, he will drive workforce agility, leadership excellence, and a culture of innovation and inclusivity aligned with MSN’s ambitious growth agenda and global expansion.

Before joining MSN Laboratories, Dr. Sujiv Nair served as Group CHRO at Re Sustainability Limited, where he led HR, Admin, and CSR functions across 100+ sites covering four continents and 18,000+ employees. His leadership drove the company’s ESG and transformation agenda, embedding innovation, efficiency, and governance excellence while nurturing a future-ready workforce.

Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer at TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), where he helped the Government of Telangana establish and scale the academy into a model for employability and skill development. He created partnerships across 300+ engineering, undergraduate, and polytechnic institutions, enhancing industry-academia collaboration and representing Telangana at national and international forums.

Prior to this, Dr. Nair was Director – HR, South Asia at DuPont, managing HR strategy across multiple manufacturing, R&D, and service operations with 4,000+ employees across the region. His initiatives in business process re-engineering and change management across 14 APAC countries strengthened DuPont’s regional HR integration and agility.

He also spent seven years with Tech Mahindra as Head – HR Virtualization, where he established new HR COEs, led process excellence through Six Sigma methodologies, and supported the organization’s digital transformation efforts. His early experience includes roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Assistant Manager HR, where he managed recruitment and HRBP functions for manufacturing operations, and at Asian Paints, where he began his career in production and operations.
